From your initial rough idea all the way to packaged finished goods, we follow a standardized 8‑step workflow to control quality, keep lead times predictable and avoid miscommunication.

Below we walk you through every stage of our customization process.

Step 1. Share Your Idea, Pictures or Samples

Everything starts with your concept.

You can send us reference photos, hand‑drawn ideas, existing sample bags, or just describe what you want. Our sales & design team will listen to your requirements on size, material, colors, functions and logo placement. This is where we collect all your brand needs.

Step 2. Output 3D Simulation Diagram

After confirming basic requirements, our in‑house design team creates 3D simulation drawings.

You will get a visualized preview of your luggage — shape, structure, compartment layout and outlook. It helps you see what the final product will look like before any physical work begins.

Step 3. Confirm Technical Drawings

We refine the technical drawings based on your feedback.

Details including dimensions, material specs, hardware choices, stitching positions are written into official drawings. Both sides sign off on these documents. This step removes most mistakes before sampling or mould‑opening.

Step 4. Open Mold (For New Hard‑Shell Products)

If you need a brand‑new hard‑shell suitcase design, we proceed with mould opening.

Our factory has professional imported production equipment. Custom moulds allow unique shell shapes and sizes for exclusive brand products. For fabric bags, this step can be skipped and move directly to sample making.

Step 5. Produce Pre‑production Sample

We manufacture a physical pre‑production sample according to confirmed drawings.

You receive a real piece to touch, test, check material quality, zippers, wheels, handles and overall workmanship. Samples are critical for catching design flaws early.

Step 6. Confirm & Approve The Sample

Check the sample carefully. You may give revision suggestions for look, feel or function.

Once you are fully satisfied and approve the sample, this approved version becomes our standard for mass production. No bulk manufacturing starts without sample confirmation.

Step 7. Batch Production

Now we move to formal batch production in our Foshan factory.

More than 200 skilled workers handle production, with full‑process quality inspection. We strictly follow the confirmed sample standard, manage production scheduling to guarantee on‑time delivery for your order.

Step 8. Pack & Prepare Shipment

After finished goods pass final QC inspection, products go into neutral or custom branded packaging.

We follow export packaging standards, mark shipping symbols on cartons, and get goods ready for sea, air or courier shipment to your destination.
